Once shape-locking packaging and logistics arrangement start, orders cannot be modified or canceled to ensure standardized headwear transportation and orderly order management.

A: If the received hat has brim deformation, fabric scratches, pattern damage or packaging damage caused by transportation extrusion and collision, customers need to submit feedback with real product photos within forty-eight hours after delivery. We will quickly verify the situation and provide compliant solutions in accordance with official after-sales policies. 
Q: How long does shipping take and how to track orders?
A: Domestic shipping takes four to seven business days after warehouse processing, while international shipping takes ten to eighteen business days due to customs clearance and cross-border logistics scheduling. After shipment, an exclusive tracking number will be automatically sent for real-time online logistics inquiry.

A: Avoid long-term extrusion and heavy pressure to prevent permanent shape deformation. Clean surface dust regularly with soft cleaning tools, adopt gentle hand washing method and avoid machine washing and high-temperature drying.
