Custom personalized printed hats, custom embroidered headwear and final sale clearance items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to customized attributes and special sales regulations. As close-fitting fashion textile accessories with strict hygiene standards and secondary sales restrictions, any hats that have been worn outdoors, cleaned, stained, artificially damaged, privately modified or improperly stored are ineligible for return and exchange. Products with fabric dirt, brim deformation, pattern fading, thread loosening, hair adhesion and obvious usage traces will be rejected for return applications to guarantee unified hygiene standards, consistent product quality and fair shopping experience for all customers. To initiate a return or exchange request, customers must submit an application through the official website portal with a valid order number and detailed problem description.
